These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoltQuot platform and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by VoltQuot ("VoltQuot," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
1. Description of Service
VoltQuot is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for U.S. electrical contractors. The Service allows subscribers to create estimates, manage clients and projects, generate invoices, maintain a price book, use templates, and receive jurisdiction-aware estimating guidance.
2. Accounts and Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@voltquot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
VoltQuot offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Plan details and pricing are available on the Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or cancel trial offerings at any time.
